Just finished an update of the BOINC Server code to the latest available. This brought us about three months worth of fixes and new features from the upstream developers. Most notable fixes: * web almost fully translated/-able and * top GPU model statistics (http://moowrap.net/gpu_list.php). As always, please let us know if you find something broken. Thanks! |

Please update http://moowrap.net/gpu_list.php to include ATI/AMD HD3850 (1st result just recognised). Now going to try to find out how to update moowrap BOINC Server code for the latest available??? FWIW a direct link in the BOINC Message would be nice. :-P |

I think the update broke venue specific computing preferences. I had the "use CPU" disabled, and today, after I noticed major RAC drop on BS, I had that option turned on and loads of CPU work. This was double pain, as my only CPU worth project PrimeGrid got CPU starved and my ATI cards starve Moo work. |

Please update http://moowrap.net/gpu_list.php to include ATI/AMD HD3850 (1st result just recognised). It's a dynamic list that shows every model it finds from the DB. It does limit itself to results from last 30 days and maximum of 500, which probably explains why models are changing in the list. I'll see if I can fix it to be more precise but have to be carefull not to overload our main DB while tweaking that. :) Now going to try to find out how to update moowrap BOINC Server code for the latest available??? I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean by this.. -w |

I think the update broke venue specific computing preferences. I had the "use CPU" disabled, and today, after I noticed major RAC drop on BS, I had that option turned on and loads of CPU work. I'm sorry that you had such problems. :( That's an odd problem because venue specific project preferences for me were not affected and they still are disabled like I had previously. Are you using some centralized account manager that might have overwritten your settings here? For example BAM is one and that's what I'm using but it seems to only change Computing Preferences and leaves the project specific ones alone (which is where the "no CPU" setting is stored). -w |
