Post: A little heads up might have been nice as I came home to all 4 cpu cores cooking at 100% load in a 90'F room when I had CPU use set to disabled in my Moowrap preferences but then found it had been automagically enabled. Maybe default admin changes to not enable CPU and GPU use and let us enable to prevent possible meltdowns at our end. I agree, the Default should have been not to run the CPU Tasks & let those that want to run them Enable it themselves ... |

Post: I ran DNET for 1 day and pulled over 1.5 Million with what few ATI's I still have left, about .4 or .5 Million more than I'm able to get here. Running Moo now again for a day or so to Compare. Not complaining just reporting the differences in the 2 Projects ... |

Post: It's all okay, Martin or Marty is Entitled to his Usual Sanctimonious Opinion even if I'm not allowed to have mine without getting called names for it. All I've done is question as to why the Credits were lowered so far. I've never said they should be raised but just asked why they were lowered as far as they have been after starting out so high. If that's being a Credit Whore then all I can say to those people that feel like that is like Charlie Sheen say's it "Duh, I'mmmmmmm Winnnnnnning" It always gives one a Deep Warm & Fuzzy feeling too knowing that your past, present & future Contributions to the BOINC Projects whatever they may be for has meant or will mean so little in the eyes of the rest of the BOINC World & that you can leave at any time without being missed. Martin really should be thankful for me and the other 413 people ahead of him in the BOINC Credit's ATM. If not for the rest of us Credit Whores as Martin Categorizes us he would then be the leading BOINC Credit Whore ... lol |

Post: Steve, Great, but I still can get more off 1 NVIDIA Box at PG, I realize this is not PG so the Credits will be different but whatever possessed you to cut the Credits as much as you have. Even at 995 it's less than 1/3 of what the Project started out as. Actually can get more off the ATI Cards at PG than here and this is supposed to be a ATI favored Project while PG s a NVIDIA favored Project ... |

Post: I usually don't complain about the Credits at any Project & just go with the flow. But you have cut the credits here so much since you started up I'm now only getting about 1/4 of what I was getting at the beginning of the Project. I was getting 3.2 - 3.4 Million a day off the 3 ATI Box's I have left but yesterday only managed 775k. It's not worth running them here any more as I can re-fire up 1 of my NVIDIA Box's and get more off that 1 Box running PG than I now can get of the 3 ATI Box's running here. More Credit & less expense running 1 Box rather than 3 makes sense to me. I always thought Collatz was the poorest paying Major ATI GPU Project but you've managed to usurp them and now have took over last place, congratulations ... lol ... ;) |

Post: Have one box with Dual 5850's running the Wu's in under 3.5 Min's it has a Q6600 CPU in it. Have 2 other Box's with X980E's & Dual 5870's that the Wu's never end unless I suspend them. I tried setting the CPU's to 4 but the Wu's still just keep running ??? Suspended Moo on those 2 Box for now ... Thing is the Dual 5850 Box runs the Wu's fine, it's slower than the 5870's CPU & GPU wise ... |
