After many calculation failures, I checked log. I got that line:
2024-02-05 12:09:20 | Moo! Wrapper | Output file dnetc_r72_1707128383_13_823_0_r1938629517_0 for task dnetc_r72_1707128383_13_823_0 absent

I searched for the file and found a file of 2320 bytes named:
dnetc_r72_1707128383_13_823

Seems that file names got truncated somewhere...
