Does Moowrapper work on 32bit PC?
My old PC, P4, 32bit Win7 Ultimate Edition, can't add this project. I changed the address from 'http' to 'https', didn't work either. All my Android devices work perfectly with this project.

It should work according to applications page. Which BOINC version do you use on that machine? Please post the log of what happens when you try to attach.
