My new Win10 can not connect (other projects wel)
Error message from Boinc Manager : "failed to add project". Nothing else.
I have try with link of Boinc http://moowrap.net (without "s")
But also manually with https://moowrap.net (with "s")
Also tried using Boinc Account Manager (BAM!)
Impossible to connect.

Have you excluded BOINC folders from antivirus scanning? Moo! is using http, not https. If you still can't attach, please post the log with <http_debug> enabled in the cc_config.xml.
