I have a new issue on two of my Windows systems. Both are Win 64 Intel systems running Win 10. Both had been previously running without any issues. Anit-Virus has been ruled out.

Primary error on both system is
9/1/2020 6:32:48 AM | | [error] Can't create HTTP response output file projects/moowrap.net/dnetc_wrapper_1.5_windows_x86_64.exe

And this File will not successfully download from the Project

Well since I can't figure it out and I have not gotten any ideas here I will remove 2 of my 5 systems from the Project.

And as silently as the problem arrived after removing the two systems from the project for a couple days I added them back and the problem was gone.

No changes made to the systems or my account but now they are downloading normally and processing work units.

Perhaps the Project Admin resolved the issue or the Server was rebooted who knows.
