Hi,

i have seen, that the last new box from me (5970, Win7, AMD 11.5) has only 20 second WUs.
Host is 1770.

Is there something wrong with the host or with the WUs? ;)

Cheers Jörg

I doubt its you - you are being sent smaller WUs (12 Stat Unit size) when you should be getting 768 Stat Unit size. For some reason the schedular thinks you have a smaller sized card than you actually have and sends smaller WUs.

Credit wise, its not a wipe out as the application scales well, and awards 8.5 credits per Stat Unit crunched, but obviously a chunk of time is lost loading and unloading.

Looks like one for Teemu, you appear ok at your end.

EDIT:
Yey - you're back to correct size :) What was it?

Regards
Zy

Hi Zydor,

thanks for your fast response!

There were only a few dozen of these short WUs. Now the schedular sends "normal" WUs to me. I have never seen a scheduler, that sends different WU sizes for different crunchers. Nice feature(!) but surprising for me!
