Can't add a picture to my profile

When I attempt to update my profile (a simple tweet to the text) and add a photo, When I click on the "I'm not a Robot" gadget (reCAPTCHA) .. It just spins endlessly. then, when I hit the update button, I get "Your ReCaptcha response was not correct. Please try again."
