AMD gpu limit

When Moo! runs, my pc consumes 1000 watts en becomes Noisy to dissipate all the heat. I currently now reduce the max power in the catalyst control center to -50% to limit the power usage to 600W, and so the noise. To my knowledge, BOINC doesn't have this capability for GPUs yet, but you might take your question over to the official BOINC forums. There are third-party programs (tthrottle, etc) that can scale or pause BOINC computation to maintain a target/max temperature, but I don't have much experience with them.
