Hi,
I just run some Boinc apps and would like to use a 2x 5870ATI cross wired.
But I can see that Boinc maneger detect gpu cards but why its not using them?

I'm logged to several ATI project but no one is running...
Can u help me with this.

Put this in the 'C:\program data\boinc' folder:
<cc_config>
<options>
<use_all_gpus>1</use_all_gpus>
</options>
</cc_config>

Use NOTEPAD to make it saving it as a txt type file with the name cc_config.xml It will complain but say ok anyway. Stop and restart Boinc and it should be crunching using both gpu's. Be sure to leave a cpu free so the gpu's don't get slowed down waiting to get fed.

As for cross wiring/firing if you are not into gaming, and since it is not helpful to crunching, you can safely remove it, when the pc is shutdown of course.

Just open NOTEPAD and copy and paste what I posted and then save it using the directions I gave earlier. The file is NEW, it is a way to tweak Boinc away from the defaults. If you use a word processor to make the file it automatically adds stuff to it, behind the scenes, and it won't run, so ONLY use Notepad.
