Recently my HD5850 is taking over 30 minutes longer than it was.

The tasks took 2250 seconds per WU. It is now taking 4,200 seconds for what looks like the same WUs. The given credit is the same.

Any thought on why?

Usually these have been due to 1) a bug in the graphic driver version you have installed, 2) the selected crunching core for the D.net Client app interacts with the driver/card so that time is wasted, or 3) something else is competing for the performance of your card or it's overheating and thus running slower.
