avast free is calling this a suspicious program. any clue why? Use 7.0.28 x64

Made an exception for it.

And now they all abort by project :(

Exempt the Boinc directory from the Virus scan, it is a false positive. IF it were a real virus it would be infecting lots of files on your pc, not just the one file in your Boinc directory.
