I just sold my 5970's and picked up Two XFX Double Dissipation Black Edition 7970's. I know the drivers aren't exactly cooperative right now, but is there anything I can do to help not have 1 in 4 of my work units not validate?

Hi,

Looking at the logs, it seems checkpoint files get corrupted during a restart/shutdown/crash(?) that the computer is doing. It might be a client bug or there's really something awfully wrong with disks or the system, depending on what you are doing. One thing might be that it doesn't allow files written fully during a workstatin shutdown/restart.

I've been restarting the computer a good bit trying to get the drivers right. I also have(had, just changed) tasks checkpoint to disk every 1800 seconds. I wasn't trying to get a ton of writes to the SSD. Guess I could move my BOINC folder off the SSD too...

7970s just don't warrant their prices. Especially here. I can't get them stable in SWTOR either.
