AMD 11.8 - Observations and Issues

Went in ok, I de-installed via control panel, rebooted, installed, cleaned registry, all went in fine for both 5850 win7 32bit & 5970 Win7 64bit. There is a new CCC Performance Tab, in it are new options re GPU and CPU overclocking, nothing earth shattering, but worth a look - not enough as the sole reason to upgrade though.
