I left to do Collatz for a while then PrimeGrid, but with Primegrid ATI cards are on the lower end of performance, will have to get an Nvidia card to compete with over there.
So I came back to where my cards perform the best and have now passed 115,000,000 using just 1 computer and 2 cards here at the moment.

Congratulations to you SLAYER for your 50 MILLION and 130 MILLION overall.

Bernt a few more days and you will have your 10 MILLION.

Conan for the longest time I had YOU in my sights as the one person I wanted to pass! You just crunch along with max effort just moving forward all the time. I now have several machines running, each with a gpu, and SHOULD be passing you again shortly. I took 2 weeks off recently, and about a month ago 1 week off, so my rac is not where it will be when things settle down again. I was out of town and since all of my pc's are home built and they need some TLC more often that I would like, I turned them off while I was out of town. The pc's don't need much TLC but they need a little bit, the recycled hard drives and ram and fans, etc, etc, etc all need something! In fact I have one pc that the cpu fan isn't turning but with an external fan pointed into the case it is still crunching nicely! It helps that I have a very nice Zalman cpu cooler on it.

As for Bernt and Slayer, don't worry about the numbers, they WILL come as long as you keep crunching!

By next summer I plan to have a couple of HD6990, if not there new ATI QuadCore gpu. My Goal, for now, is to get 1 mill RAC A day. In the near future I will replace my HD4670/GTS250 with either the GTX570ti? or HD6870? That should do it. And I would like to give my lesser cards to some cruncher whom could use them???

If Zydor's quad's output, with 2 x HD5970s, is to go by then you should get an output of ~1.2 to 1.3 million with 2 x HD6990s from one rig. You cna then add the rest of your GPU output on top of that.

I have a 6850 and while it is better than my 5770's, it is NOT that much better! I am getting around 150k or so with my 5770's and my 6850 gets only about 25k more. That does not justify the 50 dollar extra price to me! I have been on vacation so currently none are doing up to that, but they are working on it.

The change is my problem, I spent alot of money on some 5770 gpu's over a few years and now don't have the money to replace them. Right now I have 7 5770's, 1 5870, 1 6850, 1 4670 along with 2 Nvidia cards all running. I have some other older cards sitting on the shelf as the electric circuit blows when I plug too many machines in. I have 15 pc's running in my home 24/7, spread across all 3 floors and multiple circuits.
