On your 2000 sec workunits you have a cpu time of 17 sec or so, on the 7000 sec workunits your time is roughly 58 secs. My times for 2200 sec workunits average out at 35 secs. I wonder what brand of 5850 card you have? I have 2x HD5850 from MSI Twin Frozr II (725/1000), good and quite graphic. But now one is in box and waiting in the dark. I will sell it.

I donÂ´t have problem with frequency. I have problem with Moo. I test it with suspended work on CPU and running only Moo and still have long time WU. So i will crunch 1M on it and suspend it. Better run Milkyway&Collatz wich works fine on my system. Maybe with different card will be ok. Thanks for help guys, but still donÂ´t know how is possible to compute WU fast (2000sec) and some hours later i have big time on the same settings.

I donÂ´t crunch Collatz(now), and i donÂ´t have problem with other projects. I test Catalist 10.3 10.11 11.6 11.9 11.11 (I use Driver Sweeper for uninstall all ATI drivers) with same results. Your results were very similar to what I was getting, and it looks to me that Moo! isn't getting enough CPU time. Make sure you have the CPU priority set to 9 instead of the default 4, and try upping the Project resource share to 300. Also check via GPU-Z or Catalyst Control Centre whether your GPU core clock is at the nominal setting. The Memory clock can be dropped to 400-500 Mhz to save heat and power. I'm no expert, I just know what works for me. Hope this helps. I have set priority to 9, now i am set resource share to 300. I check core clock with GPU-z. I am using MSI afterburner for overclock my HD5850 (core clock 850MHz/300MHz Memory for less power and better temperature). I have Core i-7 920 and use all 8 threads for CPU projects so i will pause other projets for testing and tell if some one works.
