1) Questions and Answers : Web site : Profile creation and Recaptcha error (Message 8609) Posted 24 Jul 2024 by 98J_SSG Post: I realize that it's been posted about at least twice before in this forum, but we're not able to create a profile because of errors and there being a Recaptcha error. With the Recaptcha challenge being a checkmark, not sure how that would cause the error. Any assistance would be appreciated.
