One other thing the above says your gpu has 8192mb of ram on the card but in fact you have 4095mb. This worthless answer is what i never expected from you. The point is that the card is only getting CUDA31 tasks from moo, no OpenCl tasks. I tried to get some with this app_info but there seems to be a mistake in this app_info. And this is what i want to find out with your help. Second the card ist a GTX1070 with 8Gb of memory. If BOINC means that there are only 4Gb than this is a mistake made by BOINC. Third I tried the newest driver 388.13 - same behaviour. No OpenCL tasks
