Moo use my intel gpu HD 4600, not my amd gpu HD6950
It show it is using my AMD GPU at task but it is not. Hardware monitor shows that my AMD GPU usage is 0% and intel GPU usage is 80%

I think you left off the last "/" in the line "http://moowrap.net/". Have you also turned off using the cpu in your settings? I know it shouldn't make any difference but... The last thing is both of your gpu's are device zero, that could be a problem when trying to exclude one.

Then since you only have one pci-e gpu in the machine try removing the line that says <use_all_gpus>, that is usually used to get Boinc to use multiple pci-e gpu's.

Hello!

I made an explanation of what's going on here at post http://moowrap.net/forum_thread.php?id=414&postid=6645. At least the problem is clear (miscommunication between BOINC and Dnet Client we use for actual crunching) but fixing it might get tricky.
